C'est un très beau hôtel, mais nous sommes aller pour nous baigné et l'eau de la piscine était glacial (pas de chauffage), Les cendriers débordaient a rebord moi qui ne fume pas. La salle a manger était fermé nous étions épuisé nous aurions apprécier même une sandwiche. Le reste était bien,

MiraMe was a pleasant surprise. The staff were wonderful, friendly and ever so helpful. When we arrived we were concerned to see the building next door under construction/renovation but turned out not to be a problem at all. We found our room to be very quiet, peaceful and had all we needed. Due to our plans changing we were not able to take advantage of the rooftop bar or restaurant but we did go up there to sample the anazing view of the Acropolis. The area in general was a big surprise, only a few minutes walk to Thisio metro station, the Ancient Agora, the Monastriaki flea market and countless great eating options with views overlooking the Agora. On the streets behind the hotel there are numerous restaurant options with a great vibe. The hotel is an easy short walk to many top locations in Athens. I highly recommend staying at MiraMe

We stayed five nights at Somewhere Boutique Hotel, we did not want to leave. All of the staff were wonderful and very personable! Breakfast crew, loved seeing them and getting to know them, made us feel right at home! If you have a chance to go on the private south Poseidon tour with Stratos, it is a must do. Yes, the tour is wonderful seeing many non-tourist spots, but hanging out with Stratos was the best - terrific sense of humor and wonderful guide. Until we see you again - we will be back!

Breakfast was really good multiple options and not the standard few from a continental type breakfast.

Air conditioning worked great. The breakfast (credit at restaurant next door) was well worth the extra cost. Room was roomie and comfortable and mostly felt clean except for some areas of the floor. Location is hard/impossible for drivers to get to but very convenient for walking just about anywhere in central Athens.

Great hotel with excellent room, service and restaurant. Good location with only a short walk to all the main sights of Athens. Restaurant with views of Acropolis serving a wonderful spread of Greek and international fare. Evening meal was very good as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.

If you need to speak English staff is good but TV none, all in greek. Make your own coffee if before 7:30am and none after breakfast. Small rooms no wash cloths, but we were not disappointed for staying here!!

5 minute walk from Acropolis and metro station. 10 minutes from Plaka. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very quiet hotel.
