Wake Island All inclusive Vacations

Overall relatively clean. The furniture had a lot of damage and the drawers were mostly broken. The elevators at this property are very slow and since the building is split between 2 hotels the waits are very long.

Very quiet hotel in the heart of manhattan. Lovely rooms that were quite large by NYC standards. Bed was comfortable. Room well appointed. Could use more thoughtful lighting in areas where you unpack luggage, and lobby bar closure a little disappointing. However the breakfast was absolutely excellent and the evening appetizer and cocktail time a very nice addition to the stay. Definitely a hidden gem! Would for sure stay again.

The staff were terrific,, accessible and welcoming... Rooms were kept so clean. Staff at the breakfast buffet were gracious and helpful... Great location... Will be back... Michael & Sarah C.

Hotel is very nice great location and rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was nice and the room was nice too especially for the price as compared to other hotels nearby and location was amazing!! Just steps away from Times Square. The area feels very safe even at night. The staff was helpful and friendly, they stored our luggage for free on day of checkout so we could walk around NYC a bit more. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wow, I stayed at the property for a conference but I can’t wait to go back for personal travel. Absolutely beautiful and so luxurious.

A good solid product for Vegas. Great staff. Located perfectly fit my needs this trip. Gym access and pool too.

Room was clean. Bathroom door would not lock, safe would not work, and bathroom shower light was out.
