The staff was helpful and the elevator was quick.

I really enjoyed my stay here and in the neighborhood. It was easy to get here with public transportation to and from the airport and I found many of the things I wanted to see within a 15-20 minute walking distance from the hotel, and rarely took the metro. As for the hotel, it was clean, the staff was very courteous, the room was a good size, and I hope to return soon.

Hotel in a very quiet and convenient area of Amsterdam. Great location that was also very walkable and convenient to the tram, museums, and water tours.

First time stay here, great service and staff very helpful and cheerful! Walking distance to train station and main city centre! Great decor and amenities clean and spacious!!!!

Property conveniently located within walking diatance from trams. Needs more TLC within the units. Went with another couple and couldnt get AC to work, and shower drains were backed up overflowing in both rooms. Can be better if maintenance is improved.

Staff was amazing, only one (minor) complaint. The lighting in the room as well as the elevator was very dark. I needed to use my iPhone flashlight :-)

The hotel was very charming and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticisms are that there was no closet or dresser and the bathroom had no ventilation so it got very steamy and smelly.

The gold standard of every hotel is right here.
