Very friendly staff and extremely helpful when I had a stomach bug traveling from Sevilla. Property is extremely clean and well kept.

The room itself is basic but clean and functional. Sadly, it’s very noisy if you have a room facing the main road. I was on the 2nd floor and heard nothing but traffic, shouting from passers by and sirens all night, every night. If you’re a light sleeper or not used to city noises, that’s not ideal. There was also a small cockroach in the bathroom was, while I appreciate they’re everywhere, wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location and the staff are all great.

This hotel was top notch in every category in every area, specially, the staff members. Receptionist and Bellmen were superior at helping all costumers with any question and any needs that we had through our stay in this hotel. Specifically Khalid, Abdullah, and Anwar were excellent. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable with excellent mattresses. Breakfast was superior and varied with all kinds of food.

This hotel was cruising towards a very good review based on strong performances for staff in reception, portering, concierge, bar and restaurant until the proverbial 'car crash' happened. This event is one of my greatest irritations with hotels. The event was closing the bar for a private event. I was directed to the terrace bar on a cold and windy evening! Awful experience!

Excellent location, helpful staff and beautiful rooms and property.

Pros: Great location and a good variety at breakfast. Cons: We were unable to sleep due to excessive noise outside.

Clean, convenient, hass all you need for a cery reasonable price. Conveniently located by near by bus stations and metro (very walkable). Great mom/pop's restaurants near by (Milagros).

Staff was amazing, rooms were spotless & close to everything. Great property and experience!
