Chinatown All inclusive Vacations

On y a passé une excellente nuit. L’hôtel est propre, moderne et confortable. On a aimé la diversité du personnel! Le seul hic est que le staff ne nous a pas bien indiqué où prendre le bus de transfert pour l’aéroport. On a dû appeler et payer un Uber. À part ça, on recommande l’hôtel.

The restaurant food was very good, but I would have preferred to be able to eat/be served on their patio which was limited to carrying out your own beverages.

Clean and helpfull staff

Another hotel that claims to have air-conditioned rooms without a functional unit. The air conditioner was on full power all night and the temperature did not drop below 24C. Staff helped switch room as the first one was at 26C after two hours but overall, this hotel simply does not have properly cooled rooms. Another unfortunate incident. Grabbing a coffee in the morning before leaving is apparently not for free. So there are multiple coffee machines around the business seating areas, but all turned off and the waiter followed me to a coffee machine and denied me to get a black coffee from then breakfast hall unless I would pay for a full breakfast. Instead I should order at the bar. Now the thing is, it really does not matter to pay few euros for a cop of coffee. But on the run and in such a hotel chain, it’s just silly not to offer it. I had just 10 minutes before me meeting so pretty inconvenient not offer these simple things.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient and made checking in a breeze. We arrived early and just walked around Brussels while they stored our bags. We got an oleander arise when our room was ready 3 hours early. Room was fantastic and the breakfest in the morning was the perfect way to grab some food before getting the train. Awesome visit to Brussels.

Exceptional design!

Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and with air conditioning (outside was very hot). Great walk-in shower bathroom. Staff deserve a shout as they are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I used the decent bar and had some good food there too. This was my second stay here. The hotel is on the edge of the main city areas.
