Oeste All inclusive Vacations

We've booked two rooms, same booking, On arrival, without any prior notice nor clear explanation, we've been told that one out of the two rooms was cancelled. Further to this they didn't want to grant us the refound of the second room (according to these "gentlemen" one of us had to leave and look for another hotel but the other one was forced to stay or lose the money... ). We had a tight schedule and this has been extremely disappointing. Worst experience ever. Further to this they do not serve alcohol in the bar.

The Staff was awesome, everybody was very friendly and committed to a good service.

Overall, I had a very good stay. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and everything was pretty much as expected. I did have an issue with the key/code system during my stay, which was a little frustrating, but the staff were extremely helpful and did their best to resolve it quickly. Overall, a good experience and I was happy with my stay.

Pratique hôtel 7 minutes de l'aéroport, très bon rapport qualité prix, on a passé l'après midi à la piscine.

Excellent hôtel dans un coin moins touristique du chiado Secteur Santos, donc plus tranquille et moins bruyant que le secteur Baxia/Alfama Déco de style industriel très élégant avec tous les services incluant un très beau gym Personnel très courtois, un petit clin d œil à Alice et Sara pour leur aide et gentillesse pour des recommandations de restos Cependant cet hôtel est à proximité d une multitude de petites rues et ruelles qui regorge d excellents petits restos terrasses tous assez bien coté et d une boutique d achats de fromage charcuterie et vin locaux avec un excellent services et amical. Les déjeuners buffet de l hôtel .. inclus pour nous, sont très complets avec fruits , fromages jus, céréales café de tous genres. Et un fantastique gâteau aux bananes à ne pas manquer L hôtel est 25-35 minutes de marche sur le plat du plaça da commercio et du centre touristique, 15 minutes de marche sur le plat de la station de métro donnant accès aux trains de banlieue ou transport maritime. Excellent hôtel pour le prix.

Great location! Nice staff but the rooms are very small and some amenities a bit dated.
