Kathmandu Valley All inclusive Vacations

Thing I didn’t like is how hotel staff is operating. On request for Manager, They never appear. Hotel accidentally charged me $900 more and they didnt know how to refund. Numerous phone calls by me and it took 12 hours to get refund from them. In all conversations Manager never came on call and given assurance.

The breakfast was very good, great choices.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Only thing I didn't like were the beds. Come on guys, two twin beds pushed together aren't a queen or a king. They are just 2 beds with an uncomfortable line down the middle. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. While I'm not going to give it 10 out of 10, it definitely deserves a look.

Vivanta was clean, organized and the staff was exceptional especially Bikey at the front desk and the lady that manages the dining hall. Three restaurants available with a variety of choices. If you need anything from a taxi to an extra towel, the staff is quick to help. Loved all. ❤️

Room was clean and comfortable, very soft bedding. Shower was great - even pressure & hot water - the best I've had in Nepal! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location for Pashupatinath Temple & Bouddhanath Stupa, both in walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby, a lively & bustling neighborhood. Not v soundproofed, but is set back from the main road in a quieter lane. Would stay again.
