The staff was super helpful and always happy to help. There was a nice lobby area with games and food / drinks for purchase. Hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy too! The only thing is they have an open shower and water gets everywhere. I'd still stay again if in need of a hotel in the area. At least the shower wasn't teeny tiny. But, you'll need an extra towel to leave on the floor to soak up all the water.

Room was large. Soaking tub was nice. Breakfast buffet was nice. A little pricier than I would expect so eat your moneys worth.

The sink in the bathroom was broken, we informed the staff to fix it, and was told it would be looked at. Then was told we have to request towels and cleaning isnt done everyday. Its a 4 star hotel, what am i paying for

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Charming property but not suitable for some because there was no elevator.
Staff was very helpful assisting with luggage but the higher floor you’re on the more steps to climb whenever you leave or arrive. Older building.
