Cannot fault this accommodation! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful - lots of choice. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Very peaceful location. Great views across the lake and golf course, got to see wildlife roaming around too. Wonderful facilities including the spa. Highly recommend!

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

The rooms were extremely spacious and perfect for a family of 4 with young kids. The property and rooms made us feel luxurious. the staff was friendly, helpful and patient with all our requests. The only drawback that we have was that the air conditioning was not working the controller was broken and we travelled during the heat wave but the staff was very helpful and adjusted the temperature from their end.

The toilet didn’t flush. We had maintenance come 3 times and it was never actually fixed. Also, our room air conditioning did not work. It was cooler outside or in the hall way. Again we asked for help from the front desk shortly after checking in but it wasn’t remedied throughout our stay.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooftop bar was also lovely.

The property was in a great location with high end shops around. There was also a metro near by making it easy to get to the city center. The staff was very professional and friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

Only thing to be aware about this property was the steep stairs to get up. If you have any issues with stairs this is not the hotel for you. If you don’t have issues with stairs it is great place to stay.

Great location, easily walkable to many sites. Nice, vibrant restaurant downstairs. Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors. Overall, good. We would stay there again. The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. The bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries and needed ventilation.
