Although our room was smaller than expected, it was clean and comfortable and is only a base when on a city break. The breakfast options were plenty and loved that the hot food was cooked to order. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Clean room, lovely breakfast and wonderful staff

Great location near the ferry port. 5 min walk. 5-10 min walk to Osterport Station for easy train access. Very comfortable room, clean, quiet. Great full-buffet breakfast. Dinner menu is limited but very good. Netto grocery store right on the corner, 2 min away. Good Thai restaurant close. Good pool, small but good sauna, nice seating area in lobby. Gym fully equipped. Reception and restaurant staff exceptional. Overall, A+

Hotel was very clean and tidy and in an excellent location to explore Copenhagen. About 10 mins walk from the nearest rail/metro station. Easy to get to from the airport in under 30 mins. Staff were very friendly and welcoming from the start and providing you could find the time, cosy hour in the hotel was a welcoming free benefit although it did get very busy in the hotel lobby area around this time understandably. Breakfast was fantastic but still also busy unless you got there early. So much choice though and all of excellent quality and taste. Rooms were good but small but beds comfortable and bathroom very clean . All in all, a very nice and typical Copenhagen hotel and well recommended.

The staff was very nice. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. My single room has been upgraded to a one with double bed for just a little extra. Make sure though that you should put the "Clean the room" sign before 9:00am if you want your room to be cleaned. The location of the hotel was excellent, just 5-7-minute walking distance both from Metro and Train Station. Breakfast was very nice too, just a little bit crowded at some times. Would return to this hotel if have a chance to visit beautiful Copenhagen again.
