This is an absolutely amazing Villa Property the only problem is the proximity to attractions in the area I highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing Family Vacation or intimate Couples location

we enjoy our stay the villa was nice and well equipped..

The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.

When we arrived there around noon the room wasn’t ready and people weren’t too nice to helping us out. There were no AC and we had to wait for a while. Even after 2pm, no body came to take us in so we had to go bother them again and they gave us a key. The resort is beautiful and the pictures come out so good. The pool and the beach were also great! Beach was closed around 6pm. They had life guards whole day for the beach. We got the 60mins body massage and it was very decent. They didn’t go too hard on us so it’s very relaxing. They had discount when you book walk in. We didn’t go outside of the resort for 2days and had food at the resort all 2 days. No outside food at all. They were cost about $40 per meal for 2 people. Food was decent. We tried all 3 restaurants. Overall, the room was good and we were able to relax well but for the food, we would like to try different resort next time.

Our overall experience was okay. Staff was generally friendly with a few that really stood out as stellar shining stars. However, with the amount we paid, we do not feel we received our money’s worth. We booked a deluxe king suite for more space as we are a family of 4, kids ages 11 and 16, and the hotel expected for all of us to sleep on 1 king bed. We clearly booked for 4 people, there was no error on our part. The extra beds for the kids cost us an additional $50 CAD/day for our 10 night stay. Right from the beginning, it didn’t set us up in a positive manner. Our breakfast was included in the pricing, however everything else comes at top price premium! With the resort being far away from Nah Trang (you pay around $50 CAD round trip), you are essentially forced to eat on resort. Pricing to eat out is comparable to Canadian pricing. Alcohol drinks also being about $10 per drink. Food aside, one small load of laundry cost us $100!!!! Pool activity rentals (water guns and scooters) were $30-$40 for a half hour. The rooms look generally clean but as you start taking a closer look, garbage cans are dirty on the outside, shower corners dirty, surfaces are not generally to most meticulously cleaned. We had such high expectations as the photos give off such a luxe look. We felt like cash cows the entire trip with everything costing such a fortune. Would not stay here again and feel disappointed in the amount we spent money and the lack we received in return.
