My only complaint was the cleaning of the rm took about 8 hrs because I complained; otherwise, those people, 2 of them, were right there probably would have taken them longer to get to my rm.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early since our room was ready, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly.

Lovely hotel. Chosen for location, 5 minute walk from Sloterdijk train station. They had a huge conference on but didn't affect our stay at all. Nice atmosphere, great buffet breakfast. Clean and quiet

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.
