Beautiful resort like hotel with great staff and service. It wasn't very busy during our stay, which made it seemed a bit weird but at the same time we appreciated the sereneness and peacefulness of the place. Welcome fruits and housekeeping was top notch.

All the staff are very helpful and professional. The front desk team—Elaine, Spring, Eve, and Ray—went above and beyond to assist me in resolving issues with cancellation bookings at another hotel. Their support and professionalism were truly outstanding. I had a very positive experience staying at Pan Pacific Xiamen. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout my stay, and the housekeeping team was both polite and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised when they decorated my room with birthday decorations and treated me to a slice of birthday cake. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

Room is very clean, mattress is really good. The staff are very friendly and professional. Speedy check-in!

Tip- upgrade to Fairmont Gold room to access lounge for Afternoon tea and Evening Hor Dourves. There’s no need to eat anywhere else. Excellent breakfast on top floor of the hotel. Much to my surprise, they have Le Labo Rose 31 toiletries
