The reception experience was quite cold and unwelcoming. I was also very surprised that a well-known hotel brand would charge CHF 10 per person for the airport shuttle. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was specifically because of its convenient location near the airport and the advertised shuttle service. I had expected the shuttle to be complimentary, or at the very least for the additional charge to be made much clearer during booking. Overall, this was disappointing and made the stay feel less convenient and good-value than expected.

Very clean rooms..Easy access to location..Room is big…staff are helpful.

Great location for using the tram. Lovely rooms. My son and I did the bunk bed room and it was much larger than I expected. Great that it had a free basic mini bar (refilled once a day), but no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing. Whilst breakfast wasn’t cheap, it was probably average for Switzerland prices. My son loved the juice machine and waffle maker. The pool was on the cool side, which is ok if you are swimming, but not for chilling in. Bonus was the gym, although it’s not monitored and kids did get in and mess around. Would recommend the hotel, especially if you have teenagers as my 13 year old loved it.
