Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast in the morning. Rooms are good size. Great location. Not far from the water taxi. One small bridge to go over with approximately 7 stairs up and then down.

This hotel was fabulous. The front desk helped to organize our trip to the airport after 2 nights here. The room fit 4 very comfortably. 2 showers was awesome, saved a lot of time. The elevator is very small, but we were on the 1st floor, and took the stairs a lot.
The towels are super absorbent and feel great. There were slippers, shower caps and toiletry kits in the bathroom. The shower body/hair wash smelled fantastic. Lots of towels! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. The safe also worked very well. Right across the street from the Venezia Mestre Train Station - super handy for going to and from Venezia St. Lucia station.

The hotel is new and beautifully done. It’s in a nice location away from the crowds in San Marco Piazza. The customer service at the hotel was poor, they didn’t care. We were jet lagged and overslept one of the days when our alarm did not go off. We missed breakfast and they even refused to give us a cup of coffee. They also charge 15 Euros for a water shuttle which is crazy since everyone takes the shuttle since that’s the only way to get to the hotel. Overall, disappointed by the poor customer service at the hotel.

"Perfectly located. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was solid. Highly recommend. The only caveat is one of our rooms didn’t have blinds on the window so it was bright very early in the room. So bring an eye mask. We loved the location thou. Just a couple minutes walk from St Marks Square!"
