The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. The bar manager recommended a couple of excellent restaurants. The location is central to everything, we walked everywhere: sites, shopping, canals and museums. Highly recommend this hotel.

There is a complimentary wine hour and happy hour each night that is a welcome activity when traveling and you don’t feel like being out in the town. Breakfast is good. The only downside is the rooms are small, but still I would return.

Great location and loads of character - real value for money! We went so my daughter could run the Copenhagen half marathon. The staff could not have been more helpful and Clara in particular stood out!! Thank you!

The location was great. The USB ports didn’t work and the outlets for charging next to the bed were buckled by the nightstands. There was only one robe and slippers in a king size bed room and the robe had seen better days. The slippers fell apart almost immediately.
