Hotel is within walking distance of the tourist area and plenty of restaurants options around it. The staff are very helpful. Property itself is clean and well maintained

We really enjoyed our stay in Prague! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. A special thank you to Marek at the front desk—he was so kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. He made us feel at home and truly made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning stay. Really enjoyed the food and the staff were brilliant.

Reception staff were very helpful when we checked in. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The A/C was amazing during the heatwave. Breakfast was ok!

30 degrees ac did not work properly. Long waiting time at only elevator that I could use, due to the fact, that staff members were using it non stop. Cars parked close to the entrance and breakfast terrace had their engines running, so I had to enhale all their exhaust gases. Slow service during breakfast. In general, nothing that gives you an impression, that you are in luxery hotel. Mandarin Oriental is my favourate chain, but this time it was very disapointing.
