Spa was not a spa, a tired swimming pool no access to any other facilities without paying more. How on earth this has won awards us beyond me.
Lifts were horrific- card system meant waiting up to 20 minutes to simply go downstairs.
Breakfast was great and most of the staff were friendly and helpful, some very poor greetings at breakfast by female employees who could not be bothered and challenged me on my room number ‘ stating I must be wrong’. Turned out she had mistyped- no apology just a moody point to a table to sit at.
Male employees at the front were great and mini bus driver were excellent.
