Nice looking hotel and in a good location near the metro. Staff were polite and helpful but everything seemed to take forever. Checking in about 20 minute wait. 25 minute waiting for drinks from the bar!
The room was clean and nice enough. Supply a nice coffee machine and kettle but you need to move it to find a plug. Ended up having to set it up on the floor. Worst of all on 2 occasions we had no hot water for the shower which isn’t ideal when you’re leaving to catch a flight at 5am. Definitely not 5 stars
