The staff were very helpful, and the room upgrade made our stay much more comfortable. I had called ahead to let them know I would be traveling with my mother, who is elderly and sensitive to noise, and they were very accommodating. Although there was a slight miscommunication at first, the front desk receptionist handled it professionally and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Ideally situated a short walk in Southbank Melbourne, maybe 600m to Flinders Street station. Loverly walks along the yarra river with plenty of restaraunts and cafe to choose from Plus easy access to Crown Casino. River cruises and shopping.

Faultless. Easy check in, great location in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, complimentary wine on arrival and 24/7 snacks. Free billiards. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would happily stay again.

Excellent staff that helped us with a variety of requests to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with western and Asian favorites. The location on Melbourne’s Southbank was a big plus. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and a wonderful promenade along the Yarra River.

Highly recommended. Clean rooms. Great view. Close to all amenities.

The hotel was well maintained, clean, friendly staff, great menu for breakfast. Close to everything and the with restaurant and bar within no need to go our when tired after travelling. would recommend this hotel and stay again.
