Thank you so much for an amazing time at your facility. Dinner was always amazing. Snorkeling was great and the assistance to be able to do it was above and beyond. The staff was so nice. 🤗🤗

Clean room, clean exterior, food at the Terrace was perfect. Teppanyaki needs work; it had three sauces in front of me, but I never knew what they were or what they were for. The chefs do cook a great meal, but if you're used to a show, it's not going to happen. Suggest they train in true Teppanyaki style, like flipping shrimp, cracking eggs, etc. But even though this was disappointing, the rest was fabulous, so I don't want to let one experience bring down the great review this place deserves.

This hotel seems to deal more in giving spa massages than actually being a hotel. It was very quiet and very few staff. The room was adequate but the bathroom was dirty and had not been used in a while. Easy access and security was fine. For one night it was suitable but I would not recommend any longer.
