Was able to get a bed very last minute and the staff was very accommodating. I like how they have a female only dorm with a password lock to even enter that section, even has hot tools and vanity.

We were quite disappointed in the hotel's lack of supplies (pillows, water, nail clipper, etc.) On our first evening, we called down to the front desk for housekeeping to bring us two pillows, we were told that they didn't have housekeeping and also, no pillows. Even though we did later on get our pillows, it was quite unsettling to be told on our first night that there's no housekeeping and no pillows were available. Our room also did not have a bathroom that affords some space for our toiletries and some change of clothing. Electrical outlets are also hard to reach. On the other hand, we were impressed with the in-room washer and dryer that can do a wash and dry in one single machine.
