Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice.
Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay
Note that entrance has some steps.

Считаю это лучший отель в Алмата, современный, чистый, уютный, все по высшему стандарту. Завтраки просто потрясающие - я никогда не видел нигде в других отелях любой категории, даже 10% от стандарта Новотель. Особо вежливый и профессиональный персонал. Высокая безопасность и в самом центре где удобно гулять.
Сотрудники любезно повысили бесплатно категорию номера, предоставив комнату с шикарным видом на весь город на 9 этаже. За счет повышения категории я сэкономил более 1000 долларов, чему был очень рад. Рекомендую от души.
