I liked that the staff were very helpful when I asked questions regarding my stay, and I also enjoyed the feeling of being welcomed. I’d highly recommend this place for a staycation or travel hotel.

1. Friendly staff but somewhat inexperienced The hotel’s check-in time was 3 p.m., so I left my luggage and went out for a late meal. When I returned around 4 p.m., I was told the room was not yet ready. Strangely, the printed slip showed that my room had been changed from the 10th floor to the 8th floor. It felt as though my original room had been given to someone else and I was reassigned to a room that wasn’t prepared. After waiting about 15 minutes, I finally went to the room, but the key didn’t work. It turned out the key hadn’t been registered properly, so I had to get new ones. The problems didn’t end there—by 10 p.m. I realized the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, so I reported the issue and was moved to another room. The staff were kind enough, but overall their handling felt inexperienced. 2. Clean hotel but inconvenient due to construction The facility on the beach side in front of the hotel was under construction, which meant direct access from the lobby to the beach was blocked. If I were the manager, I would have created a temporary passage, but instead it was completely closed off, forcing guests to exit the hotel and walk around the wall to reach the beach. On top of that, the beach itself was poorly maintained. Even during construction, I believe the beach should still be managed. The room itself was clean, with tiled floors that made it easy to use after water activities without worrying about dripping water.

The level of hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention we received was truly beyond our expectations. From the moment our family arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and treated with remarkable care. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our family celebration incredibly special and memorable. The accommodations were beautifully prepared, the service was impeccable, and every request was handled promptly and graciously. What impressed us most was the sincere commitment to making us feel comfortable, valued, and truly at home. This was much more than a hotel stay—it was an experience of genuine hospitality at its finest. Our family was extremely happy, and this will certainly be one of our preferred places for future family celebrations and special occasions. Our heartfelt appreciation to the entire management and hospitality team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. Truly deserving of a 7-star rating. Exceptional service, exceptional hospitality, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

I traveled with my husband and 2 young children. It was an okay hotel for us as we were hardly at the hotel room. Considering we have young children, our room was at the way end of the floor thus making our commute to and from the room and parking a long walk. What I do like is that there is covered parking so a lot better with transporting the kids in and out of the car during the rainy season. The parking is on our same floor so definitely a plus. What I don’t like is that the lobby and the whole hotel set up is a little weird. The lobby is not on the main entrance where a guest would initially park to get down and check in. The room is dated. Definitely felt the eerie vibes.

Hotel room was really dirty. They didn’t clean the floors before our arrival with hair from the previous guest all over. Water pressure was really low.
