This is not a typical hotel where there is a lobby or staff to greet you . Instead it is a set of apartments in a corner building . The person who let us in was awaiting for us at the door at check in. Breakfast was serve in a buffet style . Staff would ask if you would order something else if you like. Continental breakfast is available .Overall it was comfortable and easy to find . Shops and restaurants are all walking distance.

Perfection, many hotels like to call themselves 4-5 star but when we checked into the Bernini Palace we KNEW we were in a true 5 star. Amazing service, historic building in a great location in Florence. Incredible restaurant (Michelin star territory) and breakfast to die for. The room was fantastic and we never heard a SOUND from outside during the night.
We have all plans on going back to Florence for an extended stay and the Bernini Palace will be one of the reasons!
