Stayed at the hotel because there was an event in Union Mall. Very convenient but because it rained that day during the stay, the staff was really kind to shelter me to the train station, just 5mins walk.

On the main road of China Town so lots of food options. Convenient to visit places of interest around the area by foot, however, beware of traffic once the night market stalls start setting up. Staff were kind and helpful. However the let down was the cleanliness of the rooms. At first glance looked ok but the shower was full of mould + strong smell of mould the minute you open the shower door. Questionable stains on the walls of the room so it didn’t feel very clean. Musty smell in the room.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room we had was not soundproof enough we could people in the common area and the traffic outside

Beautiful hotel with great staff! Room spotless, with tea coffee water free of charge. They even have coconut toffees as complimentary snack and they were amazing!! Very close to the market and 3 mins walk to the beach. Loved the whole experience. Breakfast was included and was good.

everything excellent except i would like softer pillows

Clean, well furnished rooms. Pleasantly surprised at low cost for the beautiful rooms, pool, delicious breakfast. I had wanted a transit hotel at the airport but this was at least 25mins away, with hotel shuttle. I would recommend this hotel.

The place is excellent! Fair dinkum! I will not find another place. It's super clean. Super well thought out, and breakfast was excellent! Simply beautiful!

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the suite was very spacious with an excellent view of the river.
