i liked alot things like convenience ,great customer service and good loction etc...

Room is spacious clean nice. Very good breakfast Staff was super helpfull Live music in lobby was so great

First night on property we were greeted by small roaches in our room…highlighted this and were advised that staff would spray the room…next day they were even more roaches….we were eventually transferred to another room which was fine for the remainder of the stay

Great hotel in Oldtown Panama City

They need more food options and need to have more authentic Panamanian dishes..for every day and every time of day. ALSO a very terrible policy. My pickup was not until 4 PM. I paid for preferred package yet. At 11 AM, when I checked out to do the right thing, they told me. I could no longer use anything in the facility, not food, not drink not to bathroom anything.

If you want luxury, this is the best hotel. Food was amazing!!!! I didn’t want to leave.
