Beautiful accommodations, exceptional service

The experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The property had a lovely view of the city, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredible helpful. They went above and beyond in every regard including holding our suitcases while we were hiking the Inca trail, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and providing us with meals / any other accommodations we requested. I would highly recommend this hotel for your time in Cusco.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a definite highlight—delicious and incredibly varied. Every morning we enjoyed a huge spread of fresh fruits, several kinds of cheeses, and a great selection of fresh breads. The drink station was equally impressive, featuring a variety of fresh juices, quality coffee, and comforting hot chocolate. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Cusco.

Unbelievable stay! We did the First Light Experience with breakfast and it was one of the most memorable things we have ever done! The staff were truly outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Yes, it is alot of money to stay at this resort, but it was truly a once in a lifetime experience!

Expensive but worth every penny. Spectacular property. Impeccably maintained. Gave us an upgrade. Big, clean, attractive room. Super comfortable beds. Complimentary fruit, chips, chocolate, and drinks in room. Very good selection and quality at breakfast buffet. Free breakfast delivery to the room starting at 6. 24-hour room service for earlier departures. Excellent French restaurant. Fabulous massage. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Three-minute walk to main plaza. Complimentary liquor and coffee tastings. Would absolutely stay here again!
