Zdrelo Spa Adults Only Vacations

Very good apartments in the center of Belgrade. Polite, helpfull and attractive personal. Next time we'll try to stay here again)

I mostly enjoyed my stay at Black Pearl suites. It is centrally located in the old town area close to the Bohemian Quarter. Lots of cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Some complaints – the elevator is tiny and only accommodates one person. If you have lots of luggage, be prepared to walk up the stairs to the fifth floor. The bed in my room was hard as a rock and for some reason only one foot off the ground. The front desk is not staffed 24 seven. The staff leave at the end of the day. So if you need anything you must wait till the following day. Generally, it was a good experience.

Great location, great staff !

It’s a great location to be sure. Close to Kalemegdan Park and some nice restaurants. The staff were very friendly, Jovana in particular was very helpful and nice. However, the towels I was supplied with were ripped and in some cases had massive make-up stains, the bed sheets had holes in them and there was a very strong sewage smell at times. The tv didn’t work at all and the internet signal would go in and out.

Great location, great staff !

This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel.
