Rooms were nice & clean. Lobby & restaurant areas had an artsy urban vibe. Very nice staff!

I was placed in a handicap accessible room, which I wasn't aware of nor was I told until I checked in to the room. the water pressure in the shower was abysmal and the TV turned on by itself in the morning. also the curtain rod to close the darkening curtains broke, so it was bright from the midtown / Times Square lights all night.

Great service the Staff was amazing all around. Thanks to the Bellman Gabriel who was very attentive and welcoming,The second floor bartender who made great cocktails and the RT60 host who was very polite and helpful. Room cleanliness is great, the room service staff is a 10/10 . Amazing Deli, pizza, and ice cream shops right next door.

Very nice and recommend place to stay

My stay for one night at the Plaza was magical. Constantly seeing tourists stopping to have their photo taken out front, made feel so lucky to be a guest in one of the worlds most famous hotels.

I did not find anything special about this hotel. I was expecting a coffee maker/hot water maker for coffee and tea, but there was only a Nespresso maker for espresso. The bathroom was not clean when we checked in as I found a used bar of soap in soap dish and waste can in bathroom full. I thought the location was okay and cabs were easy to find if you didn’t want to take an uber. I feel I paid way over $ for an average hotel.

Great location. Nice clean boutique hotel with friendly staff. Bed is comfortable. Duvet cover on comforter! Not a comforter wrapped in sheets that come off while you’re sleeping like most hotels. This is a nice touch.
