Lovely breakfast and staff

Our room was very clean when we arrived, as was the hotel in general. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful (brought us more towels when we asked), and we were able to do laundry which was super helpful as we are on a long trip. We also had 4 people in our room and used the pull out bed on the sofa which was actually very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was not good, also went to bar one night and we'll waited about 15 before we even seen someone behind bar to serv you ended up walking away

Excellent location. With a beautiful view

Room was kept very clean with the excellent shower and the bathroom facility. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent with excellent seating and wonderful of choice of food and coffee.

I stayed at Casagrand Luxury Suites for five days in April. The check-in was smooth, although we arrived at the apartment in midnight. The apartment was spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff there was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. We could access to Metro and buses within 10 minutes walk.

We had a wonderful stay here. The adjoining rooms were perfect for a group of four friends. The hotel is in a perfect location on the beach with an easy bus ride into the city. The pool areas were spotlessly clean and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, particularly the lovely lady on reception who posted our post cards on her way home! Thank you

Nice Building, but understaffed. Restaurant service is poor and staff undertrained. Food is well cooked though. Building is nicely built and in a remote private area.

Fantastic stay! The staff was amazing. the CLEANING STAFF were the best! went above and beyond for whatever we needed!
