This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, in a very peaceful street. However, getting there needs to walk up steep streets. The view from the rooftop and even balconies is great. The staff are lovely. Rooms are clean. However, it is starting to show its age. Matresses need to be changed, and it needs soem maintenance in general. Breakfast is good for the price. However, I would add a fully automatic coffee machine instead of the old one.
In general, it was a very good experience.

Very responsive and friendly hosts. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Generally a nice quiet area but plenty to do and eat. Metro is barely five minutes away. Great stay.

I changed 3 rooms during my stay, the first room had a terrible smell, was very noisy and tiny balcony where you could not even stand! The second and 3rd rooms were great!
Staff were very polite and helpful especially Iana!
The location was convenient except crossing the road to get to the entrance was a bit dangerous in my opinion as it’s on a main intersection with no pedestrian crossing or lights!

Lovely and fairly new hotel. 5 mins walk to the old town and the bath houses.
Plenty of places to eat nearby.
It was well worth paying a few extra quid for the river view room. You get Lovely view of the town and boats going on the river.
Breakfast was really good too.
It is fantastic value for money. Will happily stay there again!

This is really not the best hotel to stay at very noisy on the outside. We were given a room right next to the reception desk. Bathroom didn’t have a fan. It’s not really the best choice.
