Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it. There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up. I absolutely do not recommend to stay here.

Brand new hotel very good situated in a peaceful area of Frankfurt. The staff is also very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice view of the city. Good quality in meal services.

The hotel needs investment- hairdryer in the room was broken. Lots of TV stations not working. Very old fashioned decor. The hotel really needs investment
