Excellent - clean - modern - nice - convenient - GOOD DEAL price / quality

Spacious, clean room with large en-suite shower room, although not too keen on the frosted glass wall through to the bedroom! Firm bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good situation for our visit to Plainpalais and the city centre.

STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL BUT THE NOISE FROM THE TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIANS WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE DID NOT GET TO SLEEP UNTIL 2AM EACH NIGHT

My stay here was welcoming and mostly comfortable. Room was clean although it felt a little dated, they definitely tried but no denying this is an older property. There was a lovely little welcome bowl of fruit and a well stocked mini fridge. Both coffee and a tea kettle were provided. Air conditioning worked well and there was the option to open the windows which I loved. Bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and toiletries were high-end. I also noted the lack of a proper hotel lobby. There are two restaurants, one is pretty separated and the other opens towards the lobby although that seating is part of the other restaurant/bar area. So really no lobby seating which seemed strange. Overall a lovely stay; however, I would give another property a try before I stayed here again.

Nice hotel, very nice staff and great location. 5 minute walk to the train station (which is 6 minute train to airport). 15 min walk to old downtown. The only potential negative is the (very) small elevators.. not for someone a tad claustrophobic.

This hotel is charming and has everything you need! We loved the coziness of the rooms and the staff was so helpful and accommodating! Their restaurant is the best for fondue! Even the Genevans eat there :)great location in old town as well!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room had a nice setup and a great view. Only negative thing I could say is that there was some dust and cobwebs in the room, but not a big deal.
