Great location and easy to find. Staff were great

Everything was good clean apartment The View is amazing.. the only complaint we have is the reception at the building was rude and not helpful she said her name was Virginia.

Breakfast banquet was lovely. Plenty of variety. Fresh and pleasant surrounds. Staff were helpful and informative. Bathroom products excellent. A welcome card and treat was in our room as we were celebrating a very special occasion.

Front desk staff were helpful and kind. Room was very spacious and at a super central spot. We were able to walk around the city fairly easy and so many restaurant options around us.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The wine down was an added bonus.

Was expecting more from Pullman, staff worked there but not with much passion.

Service and staff was exceptional. Breakfast was a great experience. Nice business atmosphere.

Clean and tidy in both rooms and common areas with some lovely decorations up for Easter. Buffet breakfast had a good selection available and the chef was friendly and also happy to also cook omelette for guests if requested. The lifts are painfully slow even though there are 2 banks of lifts - it’s like it needs to power on each time you press the button.
