There was a restaurant serving breakfast, but no complimentary food served. The staff were great. We had an issue with our room- and it was addressed immediately and in a very satisfactory way. I could not be happier with the lady(concierge?) that assisted, but she was so warm and friendly. She was really sweet and made our stay very pleasant

Clean room, ocean view room has nice view. Staff are nice and helpful. Close to everything like stores, beach access, restaurants. Resort fee is a bit high and pool is a bit smaller than desired.

The pool area was so cool, but the hot tube was empty when we went.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
