Nice rooms, good location and friendly staff. We had a one bedroom apartment which had plenty of space and good amenities including washing machine and dishwasher. Good proximity to Manchester Piccadilly station.

The room was nice. Very friendly person checking in. I kind of despise the service charge which comes out of your bank unless you say you don’t want to pay it. We didn’t wish for our room cleaning when we were there so our only interactions were check in and check out. I asked if I could reduce the amount to £10 - the girl didn’t seem to happy but credit to the other (maybe senior) member of staff who said of course and also appeared very grateful. Would be better system to have a card machine purely for tips that they have in some coffee shops where on checkout people are free to type in an amount and tap their card. It feels nicer to give from free will.

Location was perfect. Room was modern and clean. Towels were a bit grubby with some stains. Breakfast (eggs Benedict) was very nice (though a long wait). Dinner - we had a burger - unfortunately the burger was frozen or processed. Brewdog are usually great for fresh homemade burgers. Minor gripe - The light (sensor) on the underside of the bed was a bit of a pain, going off a lot in the night when blanket moved. All in all, really enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

The Hotel is right in the Center of the City so its easy to move around.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel was excellent, very nice breakfast

The towels in our room were wet so couldn’t have a shower before going out in the evening.

Rooms are amazing.. equipped with everything you can possibly imagine and spotlessly clean Breakfast was fantastic

Nice rooms but heated towel rail didn't work & shower was only tepid. No bar/ bistro but understand that

Clean room, comfortable beds and courteous and friendly staff. My partner is a coeliac and they made her a separate breakfast to avoid a risk of cross contamination from the buffet

The hotel was nice and welcomed us and our dog.
