The service from the minute I arrived was most welcoming and to a high standard. I was a solo guest and the brilliant reception staff provided me with all the key information I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable and this really put my mind at rest.
Cameron at Barney’s really looked after me and enabled me to order food and take it back to my room so not have to endure dining on my own.
Indi and Jack also looked after me and gave me excellent service and went above and beyond to help me when I was informed at short notice on the day that Barney’s was closed for a private function.
I genuinely had the best stay and would recommend to everyone.
Thank you for giving me the best break.

Bathrooms need work. The tub looked old, tired and unattractive. Plastic, barely working flusher above the toilet. You have to press long and hard to get it to work.
Quite a few of the breakfast items were cheap/ budget quality and not the standard I'd expect from a 5 star hotel.
No hotel parking. There are other hotels that have it but not this one.
Nearest parking is an NCP carpark (10 minutes walk away).
Staff were friendly enough.
Bed was comfortable. Working Aircon. Fairly small rooms. Undecided if I would return (probably not),
