One of the staff was really rude to me and a few of my friends that was trying to order drinks. if you didn't speak their language, you got treated different. It was stinking thru out the whole resort and not to mentioned I got food poisoning from eating a hot dog in the sports bar that they put out for the guest at night. I'm still recovering. I paid for an excursion and was unable to go due to me being sick. That was my second time there and got sick. never again will i go back to the DR.

Majestic Elegance is a beautiful resort with excellent service and a relaxing environment.
The rooms, drinks, beach area, and overall atmosphere are truly amazing.
Everything here is very well maintained and the staff is extremely helpful.
The only thing that felt just okay was the food, especially the Italian restaurant, which didn’t taste very authentic.
But overall, we still had a great experience and would definitely love to visit again.

our Buttler - LEONEL was amazing, he decorated so beautifully for my birthday and coordinated everything
Miguel Ángel- the bottle service staff was extremely respectful and very attentive. he has a lot of knowledge regarding customer service.
Armando- His cheerful personality and knowledge in food was also perfect for the vacation.
Overall my family and I had a very much relaxing and luxurious vacation. we appreciate the hospitality
