Little Horse Trail Adults Only Vacations

The restaurant on site was a huge disappointment the two burgers we ordered were completely burnt not eatable The front desk staff was super nice and the resort really had alot for the kids to do which I appreciate. I think they need to remind people when they check in that its a cash only place, cause when we went to the restaurant and i tried paying cash the lady was super rude about it.

This amazing place is perfect until it's time to figure out how to use the key fobs. No instructions are provided to guests and I was forced to track down humans to have them explain how to lock the door to my room when I left. There are no helpful customer service phone numbers or directions. How was I to know to hold the key fob up to a tiny black square in the center of the panel and flip the lock latch twice? Otherwise the Skye at 6th was excellent in every other way.

When booking construction was not foretold. Room smelled musty and wet. We had to leave our door open the whole time we were in the room just to get fresh air. We spent over 900 hundred dollars. We were there for a funeral. We didn't have energy to complain. I should have though. Maybe after the construction is completed it will be worth 900 dollars. No way is it worth it now.

Romantic get away in Paradise Valley

Cliffs (old orchard hotel) has really thin walls and ceilings - listened to the people above us walk around all night and housekeeping vacuum at 9am. They said they left chocolates for us in the room but there wasn’t any (we let them know and they assured us it was there) Don’t say you left something for us but didn’t, it’s just weird… Hot tub was broken. Fitness room was subpar. We stayed at this same hotel before the remodel/rebrand and it was 1/3 of the cost then. Did not feel it was worth the 3x price. Location and view were the best perks

The amenities are beautiful; room and property were all very clean and staff was courteous and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

Great place! beautiful this time of year

The room was great, however on the day of our artival we were notified that the entire resort would be out of power until 3am. After check in, we had to use our flashlights on phone to attempt to find room. There was no heat and the room was freezing. The temperature in our room was 55 degrees at night and no way to heat. This is not ok to expect your guests ti pay for a room that did not have heat or electricity.

The property was well kept!!! The adult pool bar staff was truly accommodating and making sure you were served at the poolside (and also while in the pool😃). The bartender, Cat (at the main hotel bar), was very communicative and friendly!!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

We loved our stay! We wish we would have gotten the suite we thought we booked, also we were unaware of one of the pools being shut down for the holiday - but overall we had an amazing time! The staff is so friendly and all smiles.
