Highveld Adults Only Vacations

We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest.

Formerly the Sheraton. Staff were great. The property was dated. Someone jumped into the elevator who was not a hotel guest and propositioned me. Luckily he got off before I reached my room floor, but it was unsettling.

Restaurant food was poor. Service was good.

The staff was very communicative and help me resolve an issue with my booking when Expedia couldn’t. They picked my family up directly from the airport because our flight got in late and they even made us sandwiches because everything was closed. The facility was beautiful overall and the staff went over the top to be helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was just excellent, I’ve never had food so good.

The smoking in the hotel needs to stop. It's not in the room, but it's in the hallway, downstairs. Smoking needs to be done outside, not everybody wants to inhale, a cigarette smell. Otherwise, everything is good
