The room I booked at this hotel was absolutely lovely! The atmosphere was so nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room spotless. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was fantastic. I also had a wonderful night’s sleep on the comfy king bed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway. Thanks again, Viceroy!

Overall clean comfortable room, staff were very friendly and hotel was very generous with amenities like breakfast included (can choose anything from the regular menu), nice restaurant, daily free happy hour in lobby, vouchers for food/drink. Hotel was in a nice area that’s walkable to many different neighbourhoods and attractions. The bathroom amenities could be nicer/better, lighting in the rooms can be improved upon. While the area was quiet, my room was overlooking the back of the hotel and the filling/emptying of garbage bins was loud at night and in the early hours of the morning. Parking is also quite expensive if you have a vehicle

Beautiful property, with spa, gym, and seasonal outdoor pool. Rooftop Japanese fusion bar/restaurant and lobby bar with afternoon tea service and cafe. Didn’t get a chance to try 2nd floor breakfast but it was in a nice airy space. Room service is the same high quality as the food in the lobby. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the dinner in their restaurant. Our waiter was excellent and everyone was very accommodating.

The hotel was under renovation. Amenities including dinner was not available. In the future, Expedia should make consumers aware of this in advance. Location met overall needs. Rooms had been updated prior and were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The room itself was beautiful—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and a relaxing atmosphere. The location was also a huge plus, making it easy to get around and explore the area. That said, the walls were quite thin, and we could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms, including a TV that stayed on late into the night. It did take away from an otherwise peaceful experience. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very responsive and addressed concerns quickly, which we really appreciated.
