Amazing stay! We would stay here again. We got the suite with the sauna in the bathroom and wow, what a treat! We loved the bar area at night and the front desk staff was excellent. The hotel was a 15 min from literally anywhere in the city. The hotel was clean, the room was cozy & efficient, we will be back! Thank you for a great stay

Excellent stay! Bob responded immediately and access was so easy. Everything great and so central and close to train and everything you need. Walk to water was really close.

One of the best places that I stayed at in recent times. Best customer support and communication. Highly recommend this place. Need to mention their attention to details in providing everything that’s needed on the stay.

The location isn’t fantastic, there are better places to stay for similar prices. The majority of staff seemed apathetic and unhappy - it was disheartening considering the price of the hotel to not even get a smile. The lighting situation is horrendous in the rooms, they are so complicated to figure out that a guide has had to be printed and included in the room. The lights and power in my room ceased to work after the first night (lights were stuck on and all PowerPoints were off) and nobody was available to able to come and look until the following day - thankfully I was able to move rooms instead of waiting. The bar is incredibly expensive, as is the wellness/spa area and services provided. Frankly my friends and I, who had paid significant amounts of money to stay at what we thought would be a nice hotel, left disappointed and refused to spend any extra money on additional services (such as breakfast, drinks, etc) and instead spent our money elsewhere. The aesthetic of the rooms is really nice, they are well styled and my room was cleaned well.

It was a very short stay, one night only but a local friend highly recommended it and so I decided to try it. The room was very pleasant and surprisingly even with my horrific jet lag, instead of tossing and turning I had a wonderful sleep on the most comfortable mattress. The staff were super friendly and I had a lovely breakfast in a lovely space. If I ever return to Helsinki, I would want to stay there again.
