Great hotel! 1. location is perfect! 2. room is so cozy and clean. 3. the design of this hotel is superb and super Scandinavian. 4. staff is super friendly and helpful. 5. One of the things that will make me go back to this hotel is paying attention to small details like having a curly hair diffuser. I have visited and stayed at top-notch hotels in Europe and Latin-America and ofc, United States. I have never seen a hotel adding curly hair diffuser. This is my first time seeing it here at Hotel Petra and that shows the great user experience they created by paying small attention to details. Room was very comfy and cute. One thing is it doesn't have AC if Denmark is having a hot summer and your room is facing the street. It could be loud on the weekend if people are spending some time in the streets at night. But honestly, I will be back again in July! Great location, breakfast and dinner menu is super fancy and delicious too.

Amazing room. Poor WiFi, tv wasn’t compatible with Netflix, spa was overpriced and thus empty, but the sky bar was amazing. Can’t reserve shuttle for pick up at airport as they only do it via telephone which isn’t helpful for int’l travelers

Wonderful room, comfortable and spacious.

Everything was good as expected from a US hotel chain. Bathtub is small and high so be careful.

My room was huge. Unless you’re going for Tivoli, the location is off the beaten path

We had a superior room with Tivoli view which was well worth an upgrade. Excellent service and a perfect location for sightseeing and transport.

Solo traveler here The room was spotless and I loved it . They have an espresso machine in the room and the lounge upstairs was soo good and the food was good there too. There’s a grocery store right downstairs as well. Loved it at Zoku
