Good hotel. Close to amenities

Everything was great about this place (especially the staff), except the location. It seems a bit far from most of the action in Bishkek.

Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding!

We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one. Good four star. Quiet surrounding.

Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi after a day of shopping or sight seeing. One particular useful feature in my room was the "Jack & Jill" wardrobe - can get access from both the bathroom and from the room - so no need to take clothes to wear to the bathroom. Nice hotel, not all staff speak English but enough do. Swimming Pool outside was good. Decent breakfast. Free taxi back to airport was an unexpected bonus - generally very affordable (laundry costs are ludicrously expensive)

I stayed at Park Hotel from 3 March to 12 March 2020. The staff was extremely friendly and the food well prepared. Did not use swim and sauna facilities due to corona, but it all looked very nice. Gym is not great though. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very small, with little in the way of modern conveniences, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and outdated, with a broken toilet roll holder and some gross looking stains on the walls. There was next to no soundproofing and with the room situated right next to the elevator, this wasn't the most peaceful night sleep you'll ever have. The breakfast was good.
