エアポートホテルとのことで滞在した。 次の日空港から出発するので、送迎もあるしいいかと思ったが、 空港→ホテルは無料だが、ホテル→空港は有料だった。 シャトルバスは8:45までは細かい時間があるが、その後は3時間に一本程度しかなく、結局地元のトラムを利用した。 中心地からは電車で30分と離れている。 立地は悪いが、サービスは本当によく満足した滞在だった。 フロントの人も全員親切で感じが良かった。 総合的に満足

空港からトラムで２駅、歩いて5分くらい。夜遅くに到着した時には便利だと思う。 ビジネスホテルっぽいけど価格もお手頃だし取り敢えずの1泊には充分。 部屋は清潔、冷蔵庫はあるが湯沸かしポットはなかった。

空港、チューリヒへのアクセスがよい
清潔で快適なホテルだと思います。 休暇旅行の最後、帰国の前日に利用しました。 ダブルルームにエキストラベッドを入れて3名での利用でしたが、タオル、コーヒーのセットなどが2名分しか用意されていませんでした。 受付に伝えに行ったのですが、話している途中で、OK、わかった、と話を切り上げられ、最後まで聞いてもらえませんでした。タオルが不足しているのは伝わったと思いましたが、多分、コーヒーのところは聞いていなかったな、と思いながら部屋に戻ったら案の定、届けられたのはタオルだけでした。 こちらの英語がたどたどしかったのが原因ではありますが、だからこそ、せめて最後まで聞いてほしいものだと思いました。 ただ、タオルの補充の対応は非常に早く、ホテル全体の質が低いわけではないと思います。 また、空港シャトルがある、と記載されていましたが、実際にはありませんでした。 トラムが便利なので困りはしませんでしたが、掲載情報は訂正した方が良いと思います。 トラムの駅から近く、空港、チューリヒ市内へのアクセスがよいのが利点です。 ホテル内にレストランもあり、帰国前日をのんびり過ごすにはよい場所だったと思います。

Dear guest Unfortunately we do not speak your language, but from what I can read from the translation your were satisfied with the stay in our hotel. Regarding the coffee, I am sorry that you did not get the third cup for the room and only the towels were delivered. The shuttle runs from the airport every half an hour and is operated by Check In Allways. The shuttles from our hotel are available as ordered at the reception. We are happy to hear, that you were enjoying your last day before flying home and that you had a relaxing time in our restaurant as well. チューリッヒ空港に近く、また会議の開かれるホテルも徒歩圏内であった為、宿泊しました！ 過度なサービスはありませんが、部屋も綺麗で、清掃も行き届いてますし、なんの摩擦もなく宿泊できました！ このホテルを拠点に、スイス全域に足を運んで観光する事もできましたし、満足です(^^)

Will not stay again
Although this hotel was convenient to the train stop to get from Zürich HB, and then to the airport in the morning, I would pay a bit more to stay somewhere more comfortable next time. The beds were unbelievably hard, I have no idea how this has not been the top complaint of every review, the TV had nothing but info on all channels, and the condition of the carpet and tile was visibly old, some stains and discoloration. Check-in was very easy via kiosk, did not interact with staff, except for briefly, which was fine, and it was relatively quiet, even for being next to the airport, which was a plus. Safe and convenient stay for the price just didn’t get good sleep.

Great hotel without staying in central Zurich
By far the best hotel visited in 2023. The service was great and given the location near the airport access to and from Zurich was simple and cost effective.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Minibar unbestückt, kein Zweitkissen, 6 Bier und 5 Capu/Latte und 1 Wasser 110. -, selbst für die Schweiz sauteuer.... Teppichböden nicht mehr zeitgemäss und in unserem Gang nicht gesaugt, dann noch 1 Nacht Parkhaus extra 28. - . FAZIT Nur für business wenn Geld egal ist. Lichtblick das angemessene Frühstück, auch Extra pro Person 20. -..

Great stay as always
I've stayed here many times and as usual I was very happy with the room and service. Cleanliness this time was not great, the toilet was not cleaned properly, fortunately I had alcohol wipes with me. That was unusual though, in the past it was always spotless, a mistake can happen once. In any case, I will certainly stay here again.
