快適なデザインホテル
落ち着いたデザインで、静かです。最寄りのトラムまで１分程。空港からのアクセスも悪くは無いです。WIFIも早く、仕事に観光にどちらにもお勧めできます。また自転車のレンタル（有料）もあり便利です。

スタッフの対応の良いホテル
部屋の快適度は問題なくほぼOKです。1泊でしたが、ス－ツケ－スを1晩、保管して頂き（サンモリッツで1泊した 帰ってきたかったので）往復の電車は軽装で移動でき、非常に助かりました。ありがとうございました。また、スタッフも24時間対応しているとの事で6時にチェックアウトも問題ありませんでした。

新しくきれいなホテル
新しいので清潔感があって良いホテルです。スタッフも親切。周辺にはスーパーとレストランが数軒があるだけですがトラムの駅がすぐ近くなので中央駅までのアクセスは簡単です。 このレベルのホテルはコンディショナーがないので髪がゴワゴワになります。持参されると良いです。

中央駅からはやや距離あり
中央駅からは距離がありますが、トラム１本で10分ぐらいでいけます。中央駅側から４番に乗り、Toni-Arealで下車すると隣の建物がホテルです。ただ、いちいちトラムに乗るのがめんどくさいのと、チューリッヒの繁華街側でも宿泊には危険はなさそうだったので、次回は繁華街側に泊まりたいです。レセプションは英語で問題ありません。

The location is good, opposite Migros Outlet. Near to transport stops, just 9-10 stops to HB. The beverages in the room is free. Property is clean and well maintained. The staffs at reception were helpful and friendly

Loved staying here. 2 mins walk from tram connection to downtown Zurich. One of the most unique and different hotel I stayed in. Allowed us late check out as we ran into some issues and were very accommodating! Loved my stay here!

Loved our stay at the 25 hours hotel - can absolutely recommend staying there! Staff super friendly and efficient - fast check in. Room clean, nice size, and quiet. Great breakfast selection and very friendly service staff. Would stay there again!

Very smart
Very good stay with a strong welcome despite a computer problem. Complimentary drink offered at bar while reception got things working again - exemplary service from a switched-on crew. Rooms here always a pleasure. Pity that tea and coffee facilities are reserved for XL rooms. Free minibar a bonus though!

Bunk bed room was much bigger than shown in the pictures and the bed was huge! Lovely big bathroom with rain shower - all enclosed too which was good for privacy. We really enjoyed the free table tennis and the rooftop area was nice for relaxing in the evenings. If we came again we would definitely use the free bikes - just ran out of time on this trip.

Hotel Review
Bed was hard and uncomfortable, room was hot as couldn’t reduce temperature to cool room. No fans. No cover sheet, just a big heavy piece filled with a giant down pillow thing which made you very hot! Terrible lighting in the bathroom. The restaurant was very good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh breads, rolls, yogurt, fruit, meats snd cheeses anything you could want! Dinner menu was Italian and very good, had great salads, very fresh. Pizza was great! Outside patio very nice.
