"I think the main issue we had was the lack of heating from the radiators and the hot water not working at the time. Staff managed to find an alternative to the heating and got the hot water working. The location is very good in what’s available, but also can be noisy at night. The other thing that is that the floors have virtually no soundproof, so you can hear all steps and movements when trying to sleep. The sofabed also was a little uncomfortable.
