「Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything」

「Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. 「家族でヴィラに宿泊しました。 プールやプレイグラウンドなどの子供の遊び場が各所にあるので、子供連れで数日滞在するには非常に良いです。 レストランは、この地域の平均よりは高いですが、それでも十分にリーズナブルな価格で食事ができます。料理のクオリティーも高いと思います。（ハウスワインだけは今ひとつでしたが。） マイナスだった点ですが、この地域は夏に蝿が出るようで、油断すると部屋の中にどんどん蝿が入ってきます。（これは周囲の町でも同じだったので、ホテル側の問題ではないのですが。。） それと、民家の並ぶ村の中に立地しているので、周囲の景色には相当な生活感があります。この雰囲気が良いか悪いかは人によって評価分かれるでしょうが、少なくとも高原リゾート的な風景は残念ながら楽しめません。でも、周囲の気候は高原リゾートのそれですので、避暑には最適だと思います。」
