You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue.
It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Good: clean, relatively new property, excellent food.
Not so great: Pools are good but on the small side, staff is not as attentive or helpful (compared to other resorts in the area, and i have been to plenty since i live in San Diego and Cabo is our favorite get away with wife & 2 kids). Last but not least was the fact that the 24hr room service was unavailable for the last night we stayed, and we came back at 9pm from the restaurant and found the room cleaning staff telling us that they're cleaning the room and we have to wait, even though the room had been cleaned earlier. So I suspect miscommunication and the fact that she ended up not doing a full cleaning when we got back in the room.
