Perfect villa and lovely hosts
Just home from 2 weeks at this lovely villa - it is immaculate, spacious and one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and garden are perfect. Lovely quiet location, car essential for driving to all that Istria has to offer. Boris and family were so welcoming with lovely home grown vegetables, home made jam and drinks. Thank you Boris for a wonderful holiday. Recommend this villa ++++++ :-)

An diesem Haus gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Weder Innen noch aussen. Alles ist modern und sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist einfach fantastisch. Das Hoghlight für unsere Kinder. Boris kümmert sich auch zweimal die Woche darum, das alles sauber ist. Der einzige Nachteil, den man überhaupt nennen kann ist die Lage im Inland, die schon sehr einsam und recht weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Küsten entfernt ist. Man muss schon ca.35-40 min Fahrt pro Strecke einplanen, wenn man irgendwo an die Küste will. Ansonsten ein perfektes Haus auch für größere Familien.

Sehr zu Empfehlen
Wir waren eine Woche dort und können echt nur gutes sagen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Man ist zwar nicht am Meer (wo man aber in ca 30 min in allen Richtungen ans Meer oder zu den größeren Städten kann) aber die Landschaft und dort auch sehenswert und interessant wie die Kleinbauern dort in der Umgebung leben.

Absolut traumhaft
Wir haben bei Boris und seiner Frau ein noch schöneres Haus vorgefunden, als es schon auf den Fotos angekündigt war. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und die Übergabe hat super geklappt. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit kalten Getränken (Eistee, Wasser und Bier), außerdem eine Riesenmelone und Kekse. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Boris kam 2 mal pro Woche um den Pool zu reinigen und brachte immer wieder frisches Obst mit Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich und damit unglaublich ruhig. Gleichzeitig kann man selbst bis spät abends toben, lachen und laute Musik hören. Man hat auf dem Gelände ausreichend Platz zum toben, Fußball spielen oder mit dem Hund Agility zu machen. Der Grill ist riesig und man hat traumhaftes Gelände. Im ca. 10 Min Fußmarsch erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt, der das Wichtigste vor Ort hat. Ansonsten fährt man nach Žminj und hat dort einen größeren Supermarkt. Nach Pula, Rovinj und Poreč sind es ca. 30 Autominuten. Nach Rabac und Labin (dort gibt es einen großen SPAR) sind es ca 20 min. Zum Abschluss haben wir ein kleine Flasche Schnaps bekommen und haben und herzlich verabschiedet. Alles in Allem: M E G A

Traumhafter Urlaub
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wieder wiederholen würden. Die Familie hat uns super empfangen in alles eingewiesen, uns viele kleine Presente im Haus hinterlassen ( selbst gebackene Kekse), es gab vor Ort Tipps wo man am besten Essen kann, Unternehmungen machen kann die wir auch so umgesetzt haben und mehr als begeistert waren. Das Haus hat mehr gehabt als man eigentlich braucht, es war alles da vom Toster über den Nudelsieb, Käsereibe ( wie zu Hause hat man sich gefühlt), es ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet , sauber und super modern. Eine Traumhafte Terasse auf der wir zu jeder Tageszeit gegessen/ gesessen und die Abende ausklingen lassen haben. Das Highlight der Pool war für uns alle unverzichtbar bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir bedanken und Für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Spitze!!!
Wir wurden vom Eigentümer Boris sehr herzlich empfangen. Nach einem Rundgang durchs Haus waren wir begeistert! Wir machen seit 15 Jahren Ferienhausurlaub. Aber so ein toll ausgestattetes und vor allem sauberes Haus haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Ein schönes, eingezäuntes Grundstück (perfekt für Hunde oder Kinder). Der Kühlschrank war bestückt mit Getränken (alkoholisch und nichtalkoholisch) und frischem Obst. Alles ist in einem super sauberen Zustand (sowohl drinnen als auch draussen)! Der Besitzer reinigt alle 3 Tage den Pool. Nach 1 Woche gibt es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche (haben wir noch nie erlebt!)! Zum Wasser (Küste) muss man eine Fahrzeit von 30-40 min. einplanen. Im Supermarkt in Zminj ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu bekommen (zu zivilen Preisen). Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt zum Erholen, fernab jeglicher Hektik. Wenn wir wieder in Kroatien Urlaub machen, dann werden wir mit Sicherheit diese Haus nehmen. Eigentümer Boris ist super nett ,sehr hilfsbereit. Ein toller Service wird einem bei diesem Haus geboten. 6 Sterne kann man leider nicht vergeben... Grüße aus dem Emsland

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten, ideal für Hunde und Kinder
Zuerst muss ich sagen, dass das sicherlich bisher das rundum perfekteste Haus war wo wir waren, da hier wirklich alles gepasst hat! + 1a Sauberkeit auf dem kompletten Grundstück + Haus + Pool + Privatsphäre und Ruhe durch Abstand zu den nächsten Häusern von ungefähr 80-100m. + Rundherum Eingezäunt - ideal für Kinder und Hunde Boris hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns freundlich alles gezeigt. Er kommt ca. zweimal pro Woche um den Pool zu prüfen und reinigen, meldet sich aber vorher an. Durch den Aufbau des Pools, wird aber jeglicher Dreck (z.B. Blätter) direkt in eine Richtung zu den Filtern gebracht - somit ist der Pool quasi eh immer sauber. Uns inkl. Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schönes Haus für tollen Urlaub
Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Toller Pool und viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen im Garten. Das Haus in dem kleinen Örtchen Kinkeli hat eine super Ausgangslage für schöne Ausflüge zu vielen sehenswerten Orten in der Umgebung. Auch die Gastgeber waren toll und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Leckereien und wir wurden immer wieder mit selbst angebautem Gemüse und mit Früchten versorgt. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder und wirklich zu empfehlen!
