Property is located in a perfect area. We used the concierge a few times. The biggest negative is the temperature in the rooms. I turned down the heat to 15 Celsius and we were still baking in the heat. Everything else was wonderful but if you cannot sleep because you are roasting, and cannot sleep, not a good thing.

"The gym facilities were extremely underwhelming, with barely the basic equipment available — essentially just one treadmill. This was particularly disappointing.
