"Our room had a view of the parking lot, VERY CLOSE to the window. Property is very dated and we were given a wheel chair accessible room which I didn’t request or need and it was not clean. The floors were dirty and there is a vent in the bathroom that was really nasty. The staff was great though and the location is very nice."

"I loved my visit to the Graystone. While I travel very frequently and globally, staying in some very posh places, I found the staff at Graystone to be the most welcoming and friendly. The room was perfectly clean as well as a perfect and comfy bed!. The free breakfast was one of the very best I've ever had offered as well. Thank you Graystone Lodge!."

"Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your vacation, especially since the listing boasts about their breakfast! I can eat elsewhere, but the manager felt like blaming ME for not booking with them directly. "
